About Me

Kiley Trefil is a caring, dedicated individual with a passion for family, interior decorating, home-building, lake life, and real estate. Born and raised in the peaceful surrounding of a small town north of Saint Johns, Kiley's journey has been marked by a deep sense of community and a commitment to help others.

After the struggle of starting her own family, she and her husband were blessed with three wonderful children. A son and twin daughters!  Kiley embraced the role of a stay-at-home mom while also running an in-home daycare. Her nurturing nature and desire to help and support those around her show through in her previous experience as a dental assistant. Instilled with a strong sense of care and empathy, qualities that became fundamental in her transition to real estate. 

Motivated by the desire to make the dream of home ownership a reality for others, and Inspired by her own journey of building a home, particularly known as the Pinecrest floorplan, Kiley discovered an unbridled passion for home-building and the possibilities it holds. From the experience of designing and constructing her own families personal haven, it ignited a fire within her, inspiring her to obtain her real estate license and share this possibility with others.

Kiley's enthusiasm for the two-story Great room and open concept design not only reflects her personal taste but also her understanding of the emotional and practical aspects of home-building. Her belief in tailored, affordable housing solutions has sparked a desire to help guide families through the home buying process. 

Kiley's journey speaks not only of ambition and achievement but also of a deep-rooted desire to support and uplift those around her. Whether she's helping families navigate the process of building a home or assisting them in finding their perfect pre-existing home, Kiley's dedication to her clients is unmatched.
